Our Misty Cove Cheese is a semi-soft, Fontina style cheese, aged at least four months. We use one recipe and two different milks to create our own unique flavor of cheese. Only from the milk of Jersey cows can you get that creamy, buttery taste so much a part of our cheeses. This golden sweet milk when blended with goats milk becomes the base for a much sharper cheese.
